Fill your tub with warm water
Add at least 100g (1/5 package) of Achy Achy Sore Muscles Bath Soak under running water, and swirl around.
Immerse yourself in the water, and breathe deeply. Soak and relax for at least 20 minutes.
Drink water or herbal tea before, during and after your bath.
Towel off gently.
Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding), except on the advice of a physician. Keep out of reach of children.
