Updated December 12th, 2024
As you may be aware, Canada Post is currently experiencing a labour dispute, which may result in delivery delays. We are working hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible and have arranged for an alternate shipping provider to minimize any impact.
Delivery times will be longer. Many delivery companies are delayed or no longer receiving packages during the holiday season.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep this page updated with any significant developments.
Limited Delivery
With our alternative shipping provider, there are certain areas that currently can not be delivered to. These include:
- PO Box (Post Office Box) Numbers
- Certain rural and remote addresses within Canada
- Addresses outside of Canada
You will still be able to place an order, but if we receive any orders with an undeliverable address, they may be held until the Canada Post service is available again. You will be notified through email if the order is being held, with an option to cancel and refund your order.
Haven’t received your package from November?
For those that have their package sent out at the time Canada Post began their strike, your order is currently being held by Canada Post, and there is currently nothing we can do about this unfortunately. The package is still in-transit, and will be delivered to you when Canada Post returns to their regular service. We do not have the option to stop the package. If you are looking to get your products sooner, you may try to place another order online (which will result in receiving double the products), or visit one of our stores near you. If have not received your order and have a tracking number from Canada Post, from November, you are likely in this group.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team through our contact form.
Thank you for your continued support.
